weather.wtf is NOT an official source of weather warnings, watches, or emergency alerts. Do NOT rely on weather.wtf to make decisions about your safety, your property, travel, evacuation, or any emergency.

For official forecasts, watches, and warnings, always use the National Weather Service (weather.gov), NOAA Weather Radio, the Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) system on your phone, the National Hurricane Center (nhc.noaa.gov), and instructions from your local emergency management officials. 1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://www.weather.wtf, its subdomains, videos, the Personalized Weather Desk, user accounts, the live beach cam, email/newsletter features, social media channels we operate, and any related services (together, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, AI Disclosure, Cookie Policy, Account/Signup Terms, Content Attribution Policy, and DMCA Takedown Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION AGREEMENT AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 16 THAT AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. PLEASE READ THEM CAREFULLY.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account unless a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. The Services are not directed to children under 13.

3. What the Services Are

weather.wtf is an AI-powered weather news service. Short videos are narrated by "Noah," an AI-generated avatar rendered using third-party technology (HeyGen). Stories are drawn from publicly available posts by verified local TV and radio stations on X (formerly Twitter), which we credit by their @handles. The Services also include the Personalized Weather Desk, user accounts, and a live beach cam feed from the Elbo Room in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, provided for entertainment only.

4. Not a Substitute for Official Guidance; Informational Use Only

All content on the Services is provided for general informational and entertainment purposes only. Weather conditions change rapidly, and AI-generated content can contain errors. Always consult the National Weather Service and local officials before acting on any weather information.

5. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that videos, voice, and the Noah avatar are synthetically generated using artificial intelligence, scripts and summaries are AI-assisted, and you will not represent AI-generated content from the Services as statements made by a real person or government agency. Content is generated automatically: AI moderation flags anything above PG-13, and a person reviews flagged items before they are published; normal renders publish without human review. See our AI Disclosure.

6. Ownership of the Services and Our Content

The Services, including the www.weather.wtf name and logo, the Noah character name and design, site design, software, original scripts, graphics, compilations, and videos, are owned by or licensed to MVP MGMT Expert, LLC. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Services for personal, non-commercial use.

7. User Content and License You Grant Us

By submitting User Content (such as tips, comments, or media), you grant MVP MGMT Expert, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, translate, and display it in connection with the Services.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to unlawfully scrape, reverse-engineer, use content to train AI models, impersonate officials, spread false emergency alerts, or violate any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services and Links

We rely on third-party services (such as X, HeyGen, Vercel, and Supabase) and are not responsible for their availability, content, or practices.

10. Accounts

Account creation and use are governed by our Account/Signup Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access or account at any time for any reason.

12. Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MVP MGMT EXPERT, LLC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MVP MGMT Expert, LLC from any claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any action not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

16. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative proceeding.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version with a new Last Updated date.

18. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the incorporated policies are the entire agreement between you and MVP MGMT Expert, LLC regarding the Services.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
  • No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
  • Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, outages of third-party services, or acts of government.
